Introduction

We created this guide to document many of the details about working in the Digital Product Team that are either scattered across many locations or often go undocumented or unsaid. While we think it will be most useful for Nortonians who have just started on the team, it's also designed to be a useful reference for any member of the digital product team to quickly find materials that they need.

We primarily focused on identifying the practices and norms that our teams follow to conduct our work. Please note that this document is not designed to cover all activities required of a Nortonian working on our digital products. If you have a question or need help, please consult your manager and other members of your team.
